Steve Coffman - President

Steve Coffman has had an extensive career in the newspaper industry, serving as a reporter and editor, and is currently the president and editor of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He and his wife Jean, a public school teacher, have lived in Fort Worth for seven years. They have two adult sons.

KIM BLOUIN - DIRECTOR

Kim Blouin is the Director of Marketing at the Cliburn. In this role since 2017, Ms. Blouin builds the Cliburn’s advertising and marketing plans, increases local and regional audience and seeks new sources of revenue and visibility. Her responsibilities in community outreach and promotion serve to further the Cliburn’s mission. Kim worked previously at the Star-Telegram, where she served as Vice President of Strategic Development, directing community marketing and revenue efforts.  

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from TCU, served on the Boards of the Young Alumni Association, Junior League of Fort Worth and the Young Men’s Service League. She is a proud TCU football and baseball season ticket holder. 

Her involvement on the Goodfellows Board began while she was a Star-Telegram employee. It has continued, because of her belief in the unique and crucial role that Goodfellows plays in the Fort Worth community. The holidays are synonymous with Goodfellows!

ernie moran - Director

Bob Ray Sanders' journalism career spanned more than four decades and three media: newspaper, television and radio. In 2015 he retired as Associate Editor and Senior Columnist from the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the newspaper where he began his professional career. Mr. Sanders is a member of the Society of Professional Journalists, the National Association of Black Journalists and the Dallas/Fort Worth Association of Black Journalists.  He currently serves on the advisory board of Community Hospice of Texas, the AIDS Outreach Center in Fort Worth, and Goodwill Industries. As well as serving on our board.

deanna mcnett, cae - executive director

DeAnna McNett is an association executive director and chief executive officer with over 20 years of experience in medical professional associations, international operations, fundraising, product distribution, marketing, and sales. She is an expert communicator and an excellent team player with a passion for enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency through the strategic development of staff and the Board.

"My first season with the Goodfellow Fund was truly inspiring. Being in a position to support so many families who are facing the same challenges I experienced 30 years ago is deeply meaningful to me. One of my key goals is to elevate the visibility of the Goodfellow Fund—an organization that has quietly served our community since 1912. I wasn’t even aware it existed when I was in need, and I want to ensure that no family in Tarrant County misses the opportunity for support. jean marie brown - secretary

Jean Marie Brown is an associate professor of professional practice in the Department of Journalism at Texas Christian University. In addition to serving as a full-time faculty member, Brown is also the director of Student Media. She learned about The Goodfellows Fund and its impact on the community while working as a city editor at the Star-Telegram. She said she admired the effort to help make sure no child was left out on Christmas morning.

Anna tinsley Williams - Director

Anna Tinsley Williams is the communications officer for the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to that, she was the political reporter for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram – where her late father, Jack B. Tinsley, worked for four decades – for 19 years. Before then, she wrote for newspapers in Corpus Christi, San Angelo, Abilene, Wichita Falls and Odessa.
